January always feels like a deep breath. After the rush of the holidays, it’s a chance to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the moments that don’t need much fanfare. At The Lark, this is one of our favorite times of year—quieter nights, lingering conversations, and glasses of wine meant to be enjoyed without hurry.
As we step into a new year, we want to say thank you. Thank you for choosing to gather here, for celebrating milestones with us, for turning an ordinary evening into something memorable. Your presence is what gives The Lark its soul, and we never take that for granted.
Whether you’re stopping by for a familiar pour or letting us introduce you to something new, we look forward to sharing many cozy winter nights with you. Here’s to a fresh start, good company, and a year filled with moments worth toasting.

Featured Wine of the month-
Rainoldi Sfursat di Valtellina
This wine is a powerful, traditional Italian red wine from the Valtellina region in Lombardy, made by Casa Vinicola Aldo Rainoldi, one of the most respected producers in the area. It’s part of the Sfursat (also Sforzato) di Valtellina DOCG category, a special and historic style of wine that showcases both intensity and elegance. This wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes dried for months to intensify sugars and flavors, resulting in rich notes of dried fruit, spice, tobacco and intense structure, often aged in oak and requiring time to soften.
Cheers to a delicious month ahead,
