  • If an event is canceled by The Lark, a full refund or credit will be issued.

  • If you cannot attend, tickets may be transferable.

6. MENU, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

  • Menus, wine lists, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

  • Availability of specific wines or menu items is not guaranteed.

7. ALCOHOL SERVICE

  • Guests must be of legal drinking age in Michigan (21+).

  • Valid identification may be required.

  • We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at our discretion.

8. PAYMENTS

  • We accept all major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

  • By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that method.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may not include applicable taxes or gratuity.

9. GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

  • Lost or stolen cards may not be replaced.
