I hope you’re all enjoying the start of spring and a little extra sunshine these days even with the cold breeze. I wanted to take a moment to share a few updates and some things I’m especially excited about this month—I’m so glad you’re here with us. We also just celebrated our 1-year anniversary, and I truly can’t thank you enough for being part of this journey—it means so much to have your support. I hope something in here inspires you to stop by, try something new, or simply enjoy a great glass with us soon.

Featured wine of the month-
Domaine De La Villaudiere Sancerre France
With those one or two nice days I have been crazing crisp fun white wines! If you have never tried a Sancerre this is the perfect gateway! This Sancerre Blanc is a crisp, dry Sauvignon Blanc from the eastern Loire Valley, characterized by its pale yellow color, floral aromas, and notes of white peach, passion fruit, and citrus. Crafted by the Jean-Marie Reverdy family from 30-40 year old vines on limestone soil, this wine is known for its vibrant acidity, distinct minerality, and long, refreshing finish. This wine pairs excellently with seafood (oysters, shellfish), goat cheese and roast chicken.
In closing, as we reflect on our first year, we’re incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty, and friendships that have made it so special. It’s been such a rewarding journey, and we truly couldn’t have done it without you. We can’t wait to continue growing together and sharing many more memorable moments in the year ahead.
Cheers to a delicious month ahead,
May Graceffa
