As the year winds down and the evenings get a little cozier, we’re grateful to have you gather with us at The Lark. December is one of our favorite months — a time for savoring good wine, and celebrating the moments that bring us together.
This season invites us to linger a little longer, laugh a little louder, and share a little more joy. Whether you’re joining us for a festive tasting, slipping in for a relaxing glass after a busy day, or meeting up with the people who make your world brighter, we’re honored to be part of your holiday traditions.
We’ve planned a season of full of special pours, warm gatherings, and holiday sparkle, and we can’t wait for you to experience it all. Here’s to clinking glasses, creating memories, and finding a little magic in every pour.

Featured Wine of the month-
Régis Bouvier Gevrey-Chambertin 2021
This wine feels like a quiet walk through Burgundy in late winter. From eastern central France, this storied region rests between Champagne to the north, the Jura to the east, the Loire to the west, and the Rhône to the south—an almost sacred crossroads where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay find their most expressive voice. In the glass, the wine opens with whispers of forest floor, fallen leaves, and cool woodland air, followed by dark, brooding notes of blackberry and black cherry. The palate is lifted and graceful, shaped by the bright acidity of the 2021 vintage, where earthy mushroom tones and subtle spice unfold with a gentle, restrained elegance. Light on its feet yet deeply rooted in place, this Gevrey-Chambertin finishes fresh and lingering, inviting slow sips and thoughtful pairings—especially holiday dinners that are rich with laughter, love and good wine.
Cheers to a delicious month ahead,
May Graceffa
