A LITTLE LOVE, A LOT OF WINE!

February has arrived, and after a long, dry January, it feels especially good to ease back into the pleasure of a beautifully poured glass. This month is all about getting back into the swing of things after slowing down in January—over wine, conversation, and winter nights that call for something fun again.
At The Lark, February is a celebration of balance: welcoming back familiar favorites, discovering new bottles we’re excited to share, and making space for love in all its forms. Whether you’re toasting Valentine’s Day, gathering with friends, or simply ready to say cheers after a month off, we’re so glad to be part of your return to ritual.
Thank you for spending your winter evenings with us. We look forward to sharing what’s pouring this month and raising a glass with you soon. Make sure to take a look at our upcoming events since we have a stacked lineup over the next couple of months.

Featured Wine of the month-
Cristom Mt. Jefferson Pinot Noir
Cristom’s flagship Pinot Noir, “Mt. Jeff,” embodies Cristom’s hallmark style, marrying whole-cluster and native yeast fermentations. As the first Pinot Noir of the vintage to be blended—following extensive tastings of every individual barrel—it reflects the character and craftsmanship of the Cristom Estate in Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills.
This iconic wine debuts for the first time as an Estate Pinot Noir, comprised of fruit from our Paul Gerrie, Eileen, Louise, and Jessie Vineyards—marking the 30th anniversary!
Mt. Jeff captures the diversity of volcanic soils, elevations, and aspects that define our hillside. Coastal winds funneled through the Van Duzer Corridor further shape its structure and complexity, yielding a Pinot Noir of remarkable balance and depth. Revered for its approachability and stylistic consistency, Mt. Jeff remains a benchmark classic Willamette Valley Pinot Noir—and an exceptional value.
Cheers to a delicious month ahead,
